Hello Running Friends,
Just a quick reminder that we are meeting on Saturday at the Y @ 8 a.m. for our usual run around town. I am planning to run 4-5 miles with the group.
On Sunday, we are meeting at Farm and Fleet @ 6 a.m. to carpool to Augustana College to run the QC Distance Classic half marathon. If you have not signed up, you can do so on the morning of the race. Everyone is welcome to join us ! (Let's wear our red Running Friend's singlet.)
