Hola... it was a great race. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the course was. It did nothing but rain the days leading up to the race.... I was expecting a lot of mud but it was in great shape. I did well and was real happy with myself. No puking. I was showered and on the road a little after 10 am and made it home by 5:30. One more state off the list.

I'd like to encourage everyone to come run the Carl Sandburg Run on April 10. They offer a 2 & 4 mile course. It's a nice scenic route that starts & stops at CSC. A lot of time & effort is put into this race & in recent years there has been a decline in numbers. It's a great race that you don't want to miss. Galesburg is only 65 miles (1 hour 15 min.) from Muscatine. It's a fast easy drive. I can help with directions. It would be great to see many of you there : )
