A message from Lavene Payne:

Hey Teri,

Could you pass on a message to everyone for me? I was cleaning out the car this morning, and I found a strobe light probably from
the Wilton Migration. If anyone lost one, I would be happy to deliver it.

Thanks, Lavene

Kandice Tjebkes finished 12 out of 330 in her age group at the Des Moines Half Marathon on October 18. Her time was 1:45:29. Awesome run, Kandice !

Becky Zeck and Kristyn Manjoine ran the Nike Women's Marathon in California on Sunday, October 18.
Read Becky's message:

My take on Nike Women's Marathon, San Francisco:

It was a great experience, the hardest marathon I've ever done and the most fun. The weather was amazing in the low to mid sixties and breezy. We ran through Fisherman's Wharf, by the Golden Gate Bridge and the ocean-front views were incredible. We decided
to run the marathon together and not race it. It was the sixth marathon for both of us and the slowest as well. The chocolate mile and the twenty-something men wearing tuxs handing you a Tiffany's box at the end all helped to make this a great experience. Without a
doubt the most moving thing about this race was the Team In Training posters and people, it was a very emotional and moving day. There are memories from this trip that will stay with me for a long time.

Gotta run
Becky
