Lee Hammerand's time : 1:20 - 1st in age division, 5th overall male finisher
Lisa Hughes' time : 1:43 - 4th in age division
Kevin William's time : 1:49 - 12th in age division
Saturday - Iowa Man Triathlon (1/4 mile swim, 5k run, 15 mile bike) - Scott County Park
Tonya Armstrong - first for age division
Julie Evans - first for age division
Saturday - Wild Cat Den 5k
Eric Prill - first male finisher
Jackie Liebmann - first female finisher (pictured below)
Sunday - Sioux Falls Half Marathon in South Dakota
Nancy Foxen's time : 1:29 - 1st in age division, 6th overall female finisher

We are hosting a cross country meet for middle school runners this year on Thursday, October 1 at Geneva Country Club/Golf
Course with the first race starting at 4:15 p.m. We are looking for some volunteers (on the course, handing out sticks, helping in
the finish chute, etc.) to help at the meet. If anyone is interested in helping, just email and let me know by Sept. 24.
