This week's practice runs will be as follows:
Wednesday and Thursday @ 5 p.m. at MHS (5-7 miles)
Sunday @ 8 a.m. at MHS (12+ miles) Color scheme? Let's wear orange.
We are not meeting at the Y on Saturday because we should show Lisa Hughes our support by participating
in the Summer Shuffle @ 8 a.m. at MHS. Proceeds go to the Muscatine Middle School Cross Country program.
